Gleaming stainless steel on the outside with Circulon's hi-low non-stick surface on the inside, this set is geared to those who like performance and easy care. An aluminum core improves the pan's ability to heat evenly and quickly. Phenolic handles keep you comfortable as you move your cookware from burner to stove or to counter. The sloped sides and non-stick surface make it easy for food like scrambled eggs, pork chops or hash browns to slip right out of the pan onto a plate. No kitchen should be without a non-stick skillet, and this is a most useful size.Concentric grooves in the bottom and an advanced, titanium-composite nonstick coating create a rugged, unique food-release system inside this slope-sided, 12-inch skillet. The exterior is made of 18/10 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish, adding beauty to the skillet's stovetop performance. The concentric grooves (Circulon's patented "Hi-Low" design) create narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving the low, wide grooves unscathed over time.
