Customer Review: My Favorite Pan

At first I purchased one of these pans from a local Store, Bed Bath & Beyond. Being diabetic, I am restricted on my diet, so I like to pan fry my Tortilla's, which I have replaced all my bread for the Low Carb variety. This is a perfect pan for me to fry the Medium sized Tortilla, while at the same time frying up some eggs in a separate pan. then when the eggs are done, I slide them onto the Tortilla and fold them over. It is a perfect system for breakfast for me. The perfect sized pan, which is why I have two of them now.
